Qualifications and Experience
- A Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, and Audit.
- A Master’s Degree is an added advantage Strong Audit background.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar post.
- Extensive knowledge of Council operations is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- I.T Audit background.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Internal Auditing /Accountancy degree from a recognized university Full CIS, ClA or CIMA is also acceptable.
- Membership to the Institute of Internal Auditors is a must.
- A Masters Degree in the relevant field is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years post qualification experience in a local government setup.
