Description :
1. Lead the site maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi- skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure
2. Lead site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery and downtime reduction
3. Manage and implement improvement plans, ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to
4. Create and implement planned maintenance system (exposure with MAXIMO system)
5. Oversee plant operational performance (exposure with Buhler Milling machinery and equipment i.e roller mills, conveying equipment, packing equipment)
Requirements
1. Relevant Engineering Degree
2. Qualification in project
3. At least 5 years experience
4. Background in electrical and instrumentation ( PLCs &VSDs)
5. Apprenticeship training an added advantage
