Sales Manager (Flour)

Description :
Drive the achievement of set flour commercial targets (volume, revenue, ASP, NM) by customer, by brand in the prescribed mix.
Implementation and execution of a system of routine oversight and feedback on flour commercial and trade metrics performance to ensure achievement of set targets (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly).
Management of bulk flour customer trading relationships to build lasting mutually beneficial relationships.
Drive the achievement of set service delivery metrics for bulk and prepack flour customers, and liaising with the relevant cross-functional teams within NFL (Sales, Distribution and Demand Planning).
Collect and analyse market trend data, competitor insights, consumer & shopper behaviours, pricing dynamics and availability trends and present to the business and the Flour Business Unit to inform business decisions and the relevant action plans.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing
An understanding of cereal chemistry and baking knowledge is an added advantage
5 years relevant field sales experience
Strong commercial acumen
