Job Summary
Reporting to the Sister -In-ChargeDuties And Responsibilities
• Carrying out maternity ward activities arid procedures. • Screening and examination of pregnant women. • Prescrbing, ordering, administration and storage of medicines. • Participating in Sister-In-Charge's rounds and carrying prescribed orders. • Testing and collecting of specimen. • Bed making, dressings and participating in patient care audits. • Attending to visitors,' inquires. • Participates in meetings, workshops and tutorials. • Report writing. • Data compilation and record keeping. • Stock control. • Participating in patient admission and discharge. • Provision of individualized patient careQualifications And Experience
• Diploma/ Degree in Nursing • Diploma in Midwifery • 3 years of relevant experience • Any other post basic qualification(s) is an added advantage • Registered with the Nurses' Council of Zimbabwe.To apply
