Job Summary
ASSISTANT ELECTRICIAN X2 Reporting to the ElectricianDuties And Responsibilities
Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances: and apparatus. Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications. Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Advising the Electrician on continued use of suitable equipment: appliances, and apparatus. Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment. Repairing electrical faults at all Municipal installations > Supervising subordinate employees.Qualifications And Experience
Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering !Completion of Electrical Power apprenticeship At least 2 years' experience as an Electrical Technician or relevant position. Excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Experience in operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment is an added advantage.To apply
