Regional Sales Manager (Bulawayo)
1. Management of regions customer trading relationships to build lasting mutually beneficial relationships
2. Management of channel and territory leaders to achieve volume and value targets by category, by store, by cluster and by customer
3. Achievement of set targets ( daily, monthly and quarterly)
4. Input to cycle planning to identify and manage sources of growth
5. Understand shopper bahaviour in the region, cluster and in-store and leverage intelligence to input into the development of shopper and point of purchase strategies and route to market strategies
6. Management of outsourced merchandising functions
Requirements
1. Bachelors Degree in Business Management/ Marketing
2. At least 5 years relevant field sales experience and experience at managerial level
3. FMCG Experience is essential
4. Must be willing to relocate
