Operations Manager – Payroll Lending (Banking)
1. Management of monthly overdues
2. Verifying applications for consumer credit applications and ensuring that decisions taken and assessments made are compliant with banks loan policy
3. Overseeing the collections team
4. Monitoring payments to and from pay points
5. Ensure compliance with the lending policy of the bank
6. Disbursement of loans
7. Managing liabilities – ensuring refunds are made every month
Requirements
1. Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related
2. At least 5 years working in the banking sector, experience in consumer banking, retail loans, and microlending
3. Knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
4. Must have excellent communication skills
