Head of Retail Operations
1. Maximise the profitability and sales volumes generated from retail operations
2. Developing sales strategies and performance goals
3. Track the performance of the retail business and be fully accountable for the trading margin budget
4. Identify growth and new business investment opportunities
5. Attending monthly financial reviews to present results against targets set and to outline actions required to improve performance
Requirements
1. Business Degree or similar
2. MBA is an added advantage
3. At least 12 years working in FMCG retail
4. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
5. Experience working at senior management level
