Qualifications And Experience
• Degree in Geographical Information Science, Computer Sciences, Software Engineering or a related field. • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a municipal environment • Solid working knowledge of spatial data models and relational database design • Demonstrated technical and practical implementation and administration using ESRI and Latitude Geographic Enterprise platforms (Desktop, Server, Online/Portal) • Highly developed IT presentation and report writing skills.
