1. Consolidating monthly Group Financial Statements.
2. Review of consolidated Group Budgets and Forecasts.
3. Review of Annual Report.
4. Preparation of Board Meeting and Audit Committee Documents.
5. Performing an analysis of results and reported figures.
6. Preparation of commentaries on monthly Group Performance.
7. Coordinating of external audit for the entire Group.
8. Liaison with internal audit for the Group.
Requirements
9. Must be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant
10. At least 9 years working experience, 4 of them at managerial level
11. Must be an excellent communicator
