Senior Chef

Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, creative, experienced, and hardworking Senior Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a menu with variety and quality, carrying out food costing, ordering and monitoring food supplies, preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, training junior chefs, and working unsupervised to deliver quality food.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree, diploma, certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.

Junior Chef

Summary: We are seeking a reliable, creative, experienced, and hardworking Junior Chef to join our team. Cashier

Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Cashier with strong cash handling and customer service experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to company Best Operating Procedures, checking if all restaurant requirements are in place before service, communicating with relevant departments of any guest requests, assisting in receiving guests and serving them or showing them to their respective tables, issuing kitchen orders to the guest and directing them to the area in a friendly manner, receiving cash from all paying guests and giving them their correct change and bills before they take their meals, looking around to anticipate guests’ needs and advising the nearest waiter and even offering help yourself, having a quick count of the guest having meals and comparing with what you have on paper, maintaining your float at the required levels for your change and being prepared to be spot checked, doing proper handover and takeover always, establishing the number of covers, how many were paying cash and how many were signing to their account at the end of your shift, attending to petty guest inquiries, billing of guests and balancing sales of the day in liaison with the reception, plotting statistics relating to various sales points as per designated task, and any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Duty Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or cashier experience.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Hospitality knowledge and experience are an added advantage.
