Procurement Description: Supply of four motorbikes with the following specifications:
- On/off-road motorcycles are suitable for travel to smallholder farms in sandy conditions such as in Binga.
- Minimum specifications: 150cc engine displacement, 9.00/8500 max power output, 10.0/7500 max torque.
- Fully assembled.
- Includes rider helmets, suits, and shoes.
- Spare parts kit including but not limited to: 3x front and rear sprockets, 3x chains, a set of front and rear shock absorbers, a set of front and rear tyres, and a battery.
Note: CNFA is eligible for duty-free imports.

Scope of Procurement
- Introduction: CNFA is seeking to procure four motorbikes to support its agricultural initiatives in Zimbabwe under the USAID-funded Feed the Future NTFP GDA project. These motorbikes will facilitate travel to rural areas such as Binga for project staff working with smallholder farmers.
- Technical Specifications:

- Specifications:
- 150cc engine displacement, 9.00/8500 max power output, 10.0/7500 max torque.
- Fully assembled.
- Rider helmets, suits, and shoes included.
- Spare parts kit provided (sprockets, chains, shock absorbers, tyres, battery).
- Quantity: 4 motorbikes.
- Delivery Time: Offerors must deliver items within two weeks of the Purchase Order signature if the stock is locally available, or up to six weeks if imported.
- Warranty: Offerors must provide a minimum of six months warranty for the items.
- Payment Terms: Post-payment is strongly preferred.
Evaluation Methodology and Criteria
CNFA will award based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Offers must adhere to the following:
- Adherence to Minimum Technical Specifications: Motorbikes must meet the specifications outlined in Section 2.
- Delivery Capacity: Offerors must be able to deliver within 2-6 weeks of the Purchase Order signature.
- Warranty and After Sales Support: Offerors must offer a 6-month warranty and provide pre-delivery inspection and maintenance support across Zimbabwe.

CNFA Terms and Conditions
- Ethical and Business Conduct: CNFA strictly prohibits fraud, collusion, bribery, and kickbacks. Any violations will result in disqualification and may be reported to CNFA’s Client and relevant authorities.
- Standard Terms: Payment will be made 30 days after receipt and acceptance of deliverables. CNFA reserves the right to cancel or modify the solicitation, reject any offers, or negotiate with offerors for the best and final offer.
