Website Developer x 7 (part-time / freelancer)

• Proficient knowledge of Wordpress, Joomla and other CMS
• Strong foundation in APIs and database management and security
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVA, JavaScript, JQuery, REST, SOAP and API's.
• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Ability to develop e-commerce stores and membership registration websites
• Good database development and management skills

Responsibilities

1. Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
2. Develop secure Front-End & Back-End website systems.
3. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
4. Develop and design email marketing templates.
5. Performing full-stack website development timeously
6. Perform SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and manage social media platforms
7. Plan and deliver software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
8. Create and maintain software documentation
9. Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
10. Meeting with the prospective clients to review website, and gather the client’s specifications for new or existing websites.
11. Built custom websites using Bootstrap and WordPress, including custom plug-ins and filters.
12. Preparing multiple designs and wireframes for clients approval before proceeding with development
13. Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
14. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certification in Web development, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

• 3+ years’ work experience
