Angels Foundation through its Doctors and Nurses on a mission project is calling on applications for volunteer medical practioners that are interested in joining the project. The doctors and nurses on a mission project was established in October 2018 with the aim of providing free healthcare services for the target groups that Angels Foundation assists which are orphans and vulnerable children, the homeless, people with disabilities and the elderly people in society.
To date the project has been conducting medical outreaches in Harare, Chitungwiza, Chinhoyi, stappleford, Mhondoro Marondera and Chiendambuya respectively assisting 434 people with the majority been the elderly people. The doctors and nurses on a mission project provides free basic healthcare services which are observations, consultations and dispensing of medications.
The doctors and nurses on a mission project is looking for interested medical practioners who are willing to volunteer their time and expertise in assisting the less privileged and vulnerable groups in society.
N.B: This is a Pro bono project with No Salary or Allowance. This Project is open to Medical Practioners ONLY
