Qualifications And Experience
• At least five years of direct experience in commercial goat breeding and marketing models
• At least 10 ten years’ experience in health management of goats
• Demonstrable experience in conducting farmer group goat production and technical training.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• In-depth knowledge of the livestock industry especially the goat value chain
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• A degree/Diploma in a relevant program such as Agriculture, Business Development or certificate in Agriculture will be an added advantage
