About us

Tea in 60 is a community that seeks to bring about the much needed practical one-on-one conversations between girls interested in STEM and women already in the field. In sixty minutes, girls in high school, as well as those that are in or have just finished tertiary education will have an opportunity to discuss anything they want in the career of their choosing with a selected mentor, over the virtual cup of tea (or coffee, or wine:- adults only).

Aside from the networking and peer support that comes with joining the TI60 community, TI60 also provides a platform for women (and girls) in STEM to start and grow their STEM related businesses. YES! Because we recognize the importance of financial freedom, particularly in your chosen field. You walk that much taller, and speak a little louder, confident of your professional abilities and backed by your wallet.

Our culture

We are easygoing but very serious about our business. And we are looking for like-minded girls/women interested or in STEM to join our team! These roles are remote based, all we need from you is a reliable internet connection for, you know, a regular cup of tea in 60 minutes☺️. You don't need to tick all the boxes, just be enthusiastic to learn😀.
