- CA qualification or equivalent is a requirement
- Keen interest in IT an IT qualification is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Caseware, Kofax software and added advantage

Leading
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a work ethic for others on the team to emulate
- Establish an ongoing communication plan with the team. Build productive processes for general communication, opportunity reviews, account planning and sales cycle support.
- Leadership of the department to ensure internal peer co-operation
- Ensure team is up to date with latest knowledge on solutions on offer by Caseware, Kofax, Confirmaiton.com and related partners
- Ensuring your team is correctly trained and well versed with product knowledge as well as their full responsibilities and July28 values.
- Responsible for staffing and developing team to clearly and accurately represent our offerings
- Foster team selling approach to sale cycles, utilizing the breadth of all CaseWare, Kofax and Confirmaiton.com and other partner resources appropriately
- Training of users and ensuring the correct training material (where applicable) is available and distributed on time to participants
Administration
· Prepare monthly department report and present in monthly management meetings
· Prepare annual strategy
· Prepare budgets for 12 months periods or in line with requirements
· Ensuring all July28 administrative aspects are attend to (e.g. time sheet log, clock in clock out, staff assessments monthly and annually and any other related matters supporting the business administration role)
· Plan, organize, develop, and complete a complex proposal response. Lead a cross-functional team effort, including delegating tasks, researching questions, follow-up with key contributors, and meeting customer expectations
Business care
· Liaison with principals as the go between us and the clients
· Ensuring payments to principals are made timeously
· Ensuring invoicing of customers and collection of payments are done timeously
· Ensuring the parameters of agreement with our principals are maintained and we do no breach or get downgraded
· Responsible for lead generation
· Business development- conceptualize opportunities at the highest level within a wide variety of industries. Take leadership position in coordinating large sales opportunities. Coordinate and assist in developing strategy and written content for the solution.
· Ensure a robust and prompt support system is available to allow low or no down time at clients
· Revenue expectations include a balance of Software sales and consulting revenues
· Inspect sales: Prospects, presentations and proposals to ensure consistent and effective performance across team
· Able to clearly and concisely deliver concept presentations, sales training material, study finding, proposal highlights, and project plan. Comfortable presenting to committees with a variety of constituents and diverse project interests.
