Key Duties
- Meeting set sales monthly targets.
- Prospecting for new business and expanding on existing business.
- Ensure that efficient and appropriate customer service standards are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Sales & Marketing Diploma /Degree/IMM or equivalent from a recognised institution.
- A technical qualification will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience at managerial level and exposure in sales of bolts, nuts, nails, mining roof bolts, engineering spares and related products.
- Honest and reliable with good moral values and behaviour.
- Knowledge of the following market segments: Mining, Hard-wares, construction, transport (Rail Infrastructure) and general engineering industry.
- A wide knowledge of local & regional markets.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
- Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills with ability to lead & motivate the sales team towards set targets.
- Clean class 4 driver’s licence
- Knowledge of pastel will be an added advantage.
