Summary of Key Duties • Receiving and making calls for staff • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. • Maintains security • Monitoring call logbook • Manning the reception area • Ensuring the reception area is clean • Ensuring all telephone lines are working • To perform any other admin work assigned
