Ensuring that each agent’s performance is documented by capturing the number of calls, follow ups, hit rate etc.
Capturing consumer feedback on service delivery, products and customer experience.
Producing a daily report on agent activities for use by the sales team
Maintenance of agent performance database
Any other duties assigned by the head of department
