Position Summary Reporting to the Program Area Manager, the Program Facilitator is responsible for providing leadership and facilitation at district level in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs funded “Improving Secondary Education Environment Project in Harare (Epworth district). Job Description The Program Facilitator will be expected to: Leads overall planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project; Coordinates school infrastructure development; Facilitates and supports training of school development committees; Coordinates training of school authorities; Write and submit monthly, quarterly and end of term project reports. Qualifications The Program Facilitator must have: a Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent from a recognized institute; at least 3 years’ relevant experience in Education, Community Development.
