Procurement and installation of accounting software: Local organisation Deadline: 14 September 2020 (4:30 pm) Purpose A local organisation is desirous of procuring the accounting system that will enhance data entry, budgeting, procurement processes, reporting, grant management, stock and fixed assets management. Deliverables An operational accounting system that is able to perform the above efficiently and training staff on its use. Key Eligibility The software solution offered by the bidder must be ‘‘off the shelf’ software and ready to be deployed and implemented no later than one month after the acceptance of the proposal; The proposed solution should have a proven record of successful implementation at more than 5 reputable clients; The service provider must demonstrate experience and willingness to provide after sales support; Bidder must have completed at least five years of existence since inception; The software solution offered by the bidder should meet scalability and flexibility for possible system updates. Procurement Procedure The contract will be available through open bidding.
