Description :

As Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the following activities :

* Arranges all local and international travel visa's and accommodation for the Managing Director, all staff members and visitors according to the group travel policy and system.

* Providing administrative assistance to the office of the Managing Director including receiving and directing calls

* Manages the Managing Director's diary

* Filling and maintaining a reliable filing system in the Managing Director's Office

* Raises payment requests and purchase requisitions in the various systems

* Carry's out research for the Managing Director's presentations as and when assigned

* Monthly and periodically updates the POB

* Assists the communication department in organization of events

* Translates selected documents from French to English

* Carries out any other business-related duties as may be delegated by the Managing Director.

* Faits Marquants preparation

* Document flow between Zimbabwe and other affiliates

* Manages the Managing Directors house
