Duties And Responsibilities
Duties include typing out letters, scheduling appointments for the executive staff, answering phone calls , preparing rooms for meetings,taking action points and writing minutes during
meetings, order office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications And Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements :
●Recent graduate (nature or level of program is not a material consideration)
●Computer literacy (proficient in MS Suite)
●Class 4 Driver’s license ( own vehicle is added advantage)
●At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant
●Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
●Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
●Attention to detail
