Duties
Summary of Key Duties • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in offices. • To empty bins and ensure litter from offices is properly disposed • Utilizing office appliances such as photocopier, scanning and printing documents • Preparation of teas • Driving errands • Delivering, collecting of mail and other documents/correspondence. • To perform any other tasks as directed by the Personal Assistant
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience • 5'0' Levels including the English Language • Clean Class 4 Driving Licence is a must • 5 years of relevant experience • High level of integrity, reliability, and honesty • Good communication skills • Computer literacy is an added advantage
