A prominent African restaurant within the suburbs of Harare seeks to recruit personnel for the following positions

1. Western cuisine chefs

Responsible for specialized fusion cooking which involves all western ingredients, flavours, taste, aroma, textures, refined including seafood, vegetarian and pasta dishes

2. Traditional cuisine chefs

Responsible for cooking Zimbabwe's local, natural, organic rural cultivated heritage dishes and or farm to fork cuisines.

3. Waitress/waiters

Responsible for servicing customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill. 

4. Bar attendants 

Responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, accomodating guests.

5. Cashier

Managing transactions and registers sales on cash registers and totalling customers' purchases

6. Restaurant supervisor

Overseeing the waitress and waiters, assisting customers with complaints and inquiries, training staff and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. 

Required.

1. Diploma or degree in culinary studies or hospitality management

2. Prior 3 years experience in a food serving establishment
