DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and deliver a marketing strategy for the RCZ
Create and deliver a public relations strategy for RCZ
Plan and oversee the organization’s advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
Manage the Resource Mobilization function.
Write evaluation reports on the utilization of organisational funds
Organise research symposia, conferences, workshops, seminars, meetings and related activities.
Make recommendations to the Executive Director on donations to be made by Council.
Produce annual reports.
Ensures the proper servicing of the Committees of Council.
Manage international relations of the RCZ.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
At least a Masters degree or equivalent in any of the following areas:- Marketing, Media – Advertising or related field from a recognized university
Possession of other relevant post graduate qualifications would be an added advantage
Must have served at Manager or equivalent level in an office responsible for marketing for at least four years
Must have a clean class 4 drivers’ license
