An ICT company is looking for a Marketing and Customer Care Manager.


Qualifications


A degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Masters in Marketing is an added advantage.

Certificate in Customers Care.

At least 3 years experience in a similar role preferably from the ICT , Insurance and Banking sector.

Responsibilities


Identifying and exploiting marketing opportunities for company products and solutions.

Networking and identifying areas to improve on company products and services.

Putting company on the various platforms and areas for recognition.

Pushing brand name and making it visible.

Identifying and resolving customer issues, complaints, enquiries and complements.

Formulating and implementing customer resolutions mechanisms.

Formulating and implementing the company’s brand image based on its goals and objectives

Driving customer centricity culture across the organisation

Driving the utilisation of technology to enhance the customer experience journey

Implementing best practice customer care solutions.

Managing the call centre.

Managing and controlling subordinates
