Hire the specialist subcontractor for the maintenance works secured. Supervise, follow up to ensure that the contracted works are completed on schedule and within budget maintaining the quality expected to clients. Provide details for invoice and in some case prepare the invoice and follow up that the payments are made within the agreed period. Management of Civil, Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing installation. Coordination with contractors for any ongoing work progress and checking quality. Obtaining any specialized components or fixtures needed for the repairs. Complying with health and safety regulations. Keeping records of all projects. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum four years’ experience in maintenance, preferrance will be given to the candidate worked for major maintenance company with key clients in Dubai. UAE driving licence is a must. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Excellent planning and resources management.
