Dubai AED3,000 a month We're a medium-sized Interior Contracting company looking for a Civil Foreman with 8+ years of experience in the UAE or other Gulf regions. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - The candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu.- The candidate must provide a diploma. - The candidate must be present in the UAE for an interview, and available to work right away.- The candidate must have strong leadership skills to lead a team of 30+ Masons. - The candidate must ensure the safety and wellbeing of all the members. - The candidate must have the ability to motivate the team to increase the overall performance and to provide daily progress reports highlighting the performance of every team member. - The candidate must have the ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and other discipline related project and engineering documentation. - Driving license is a must.
