(d) Innovations – leading to tangible products and services (e)Industrialisation –through commercialisation of products FACULTY OF EDUCATION Department of Educational Foundations and Primary Education Post: Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor (2 posts Harare and Bulawayo Campuses) Duties And Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities The candidate must be capable of supervising students’ research work and should be able to teach at least three (3) of the following modules at undergraduate level: Language Arts Expressive Arts Social Sciences Mathematics and Science Curriculum Planning and Design Qualifications Diploma in Education (Primary) Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education (ECE)/ Early Childhood Development (ECD) with at least a 2.1 pass. Master of Education Degree in Early Childhood Development/ Education with a Merit or Distinction. PhD in Early Childhood Education/ Development is an added advantage. A good track record in research and publication. Teaching experience in the higher education sector is an added advantage.
