Traject Consulting is looking for an instructional design lead who is ideas-driven to manage and drive creation of immersive custom design learning content for programs that will be available in blended, fully-digital and face-to-face formats for our clients.
As design lead, you will partner with clients to address their strategic business and leadership challenges through the design and delivery of immersive learning experiences. The successful candidate should have a firm grasp of change management, learning project management using scrum principles and experience in working with design tools as well as on demand learning business development.
As an Instructional Design Lead for the Traject Consulting, the role reports to the Managing Director and requires managing teams to drive business optimisation, innovation to deliver on the strategic return on investment for the business.
