Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate will be required to install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications while monitoring and maintaining systems and networks and providing IT support to remote clients.
Key result areas are as follows:
Install and configure hardware, operating systems and applications
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
Offer IT support in a call centre environment
Manage the branch networks, branch computers plus support software remotely
Manage user/ server / branch backups on daily basis
Manage the end point security on all computers
Must be able to provide remote support to clients
Manage printer networks
VoIP/PABX/
Virtualization
Must be willing to work overtime as and when required
Skills and competencies:
Fluent in English
