Job Description
The Income Generating Activities (IGA) Support Officer will be stationed at Mazoe River Bridge Centre old people’s Home with regular travel to Head Office. The IGA Support Officer will focus on all Income Generating Activities by working in close collaboration with other staff at the Home to ensure that income is generated; Initiating and running income generating projects for Mazowe river bridge Centre Old People’s home; Overseeing the receipting, recording of income generated, banking and submission to head Office (Centre’s Milling project, vegetables garden, Livestock and Maize and beans farm project); Preparing all financial and narrative reports to the Finance Officer; Identify and deliver on new business development opportunities; Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective income generation partnerships; Reporting to Programs Manager on a monthly basis with updates
Expected knowledge, skills and attitudes
Project development & business skills; Education background in business administration; Experience in the development and operations of income developing projects; Financial and report writing skills; Running an Institution
