A Harare-based organization is looking for a qualified consultant to lead a variety of human resource
projects and provide fruitful human capital advice. the consultant will help the company optimize
everyday processes such as recruitment, as well as implement strategicHRplansand technology.
The ideal HR Consultant will possession-depth knowledge of human resource management, have
experience in consulting as well as dealing with actual HR issues.In addition to excellent communication
skills, the ideal candidate is expected to be a strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
· At least 10 years experience as an HRConsultant with a proven track record
· In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions,methods and best practices
· Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
· Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource software packages
· Ability to strategize and formulate HRstrategy
· An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
· Excellent communication and consulting skills
· A team player
· BSc/BAin human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MAin human
resources will be an added advantage
