DRA intends to support their execution teams in Zimbabwe with appropriate qualified and experienced Zimbabwe nationals. We are recruiting for Civil and SMPP supervisors.
These roles require strong and solid knowledge of specifications and standards. To ensure that the scope and area of responsibility are fully understood.
Main functions (but not limited to):
Responsible for all on-site management- discipline-specific;
Safety, Health & People Management
Quality Management
Schedule Management (Plan, control, co-ordinate and monitor construction activities to meet the overall project program and key activity dates)
Materials Management
Construction Management
Documentation management and reporting
Ensure that the construction is completed timeously and complies with the specifications, terms, and conditions of the contract and project plan.
Qualification
Matric is essential
A degree in the Civil or SMPP discipline will be advantageous
Technical qualification or diploma in the Civil and SMPP discipline will be essential
SHE Management Courses (For example Legal liability, supervisor SHE course) is essential
Job-related experience required
5+ years of applicable construction-related experience in the discipline is essential.
2-4 years applicable management experience in EPCM or Main contractor is essential
Be able to demonstrate sound knowledge and application of the main functions of the position is essential.
