Our client in Harare is looking for a dynamic, experienced and well-spoken Head of Legal to join their team for a job vacancy within the Petroleum industry.
The head of legal is responsible for providing guidance on corporate governance, negotiating and drafting contracts, risk management, and the development of plans and policies. Additionally they are also tasked with ensuring that the legal department, staff and resources, are managed effectively.
The ideal candidate should hold a Law Degree, at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and excellent attention to detail. Work experience and familiarity with the laws of Zambia and Mozambique is an added advantage.
