Description :

A fast growing company in the motor industry is looking for a self-motivated and self-driven General Manager who will be able to execute strategic and operational functions within the organization. The candidate should be able give guidance towards the overall accomplishment of the organization’s strategy and mission.

The position will report to the Board.

Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be able to do the following;

  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Improving revenue generation,
  • Crafting and managing budgets.
  • Managing and supervising department employees.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Business/ Marketing/Insurance degree.
  • MBA/MBL will be an added advantage
  • Over 5 years’ experience in a managerial position

NB: Although experience in motor industry may be an advantage, it is not a must
