- The facilitator is required to propose an effective training methodology which must be highly participatory and interactive.
- 1 day preparation of training materials
- 1 day of facilitating training
- 1 day report writing
- Course materials that participants will use during the training and post-training;
- A report of the training.
- A masters degree in Social Science, with a focus on gender and development;
- At least 10 years working experience in gender and development with a track record in the field of gender and development;
- Experience of training in gender and gender responsive monitoring and evaluation.
