Our client is a popular and well-established South African export wine brand. They focus on the UK and European markets. They have a vacancy for an EXPORT AND FINANCIAL ANALYST based in Paarl area.
Responsibility:
The incumbent will report directly to the UK based Financial Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bulk wine movement tracking and reconciliation
- Stock holding reconciliations
- Cost accounting support
- Sales order processing including:
- Processing of all incoming orders
- Order management
- Logistics/ Transport/ Delivery to depots and/ or facilitation of collections
- Obtaining proof of delivery
- Transaction processing
- Manage and present, daily and weekly reports
- It is a new position and the role will change in line with the requirements of the business
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 5 years comparable experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solver
- Excel skills are non-negotiable, and knowledge of computer accounting software will be advantageous
- A cost accounting qualification will be a distinct advantage
- Available to work UK hours.
