Position of Estate Manager

Based at an Estate in Vumba, a position for an Estate Manager has arisen in an agri-business group, with five subsidiaries. The position requires insightful and energetic leadership, a result-oriented team player with exceptional relationship management and a strategic hands-on approach to transform and position the Estate as an enviable agricultural entity in Zimbabwe within the next three years.

The Qualifications of this position includes any of the following:

Agriculture or Agro-forestry qualification at least at diploma level: an undergraduate degree in any of the specific areas being an added advantage, while proven experience of at least five years in a management position is a pre-requisite. Possession of a Clean Class4 driver’s license is a must.
