Drive and self-motivation with the ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent networking and influencing skills – able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of internal and client-facing professionals.

Strong presentation skills.

Creativity and an eye for detail.

Tenacious and outcome-focussed.

To qualify for the role you must have

Minimum of five years of strategic internal communications experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record in assisting executive teams.

Experience in a cross-border role, managing complex EMEIA/Global programs.

Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to edit and refine executive and editorial content

Extensive experience in producing content and deploying through a comprehensive range of communication channels and platforms including social media, video and digital platforms, internal intranet sites, webcasts and events.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and close multiple projects.
