Responsibilities
• Records Management within the department
• Reconciling disbursement letters to farmers with supplier disbursements
• Debiting and crediting farmers accounts
• Submission of returns to relevant government departments
• Producing various reports relating to this function
Qualifications and Experience
• 5 O Levels including Maths/accounts and English
• Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Accounting or related field
• 2 Years of working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flair in working with the public
