Job Description:
You shall be responsible for the following:
* Facilitation of Culinary Arts courses
* Full-Spectrum Course Delivery and Assessment Process
* Identification of Areas for improvments
* Development and Editing of Course Materials
* Housekeeping of the Training Premise
* Preparation of Training Materials and loigistics (which may include culinary materials)
* Enrichment of training experience by identifying and applying good training materials and practices to engage the learners
* Measurement of training outcomes and reports
Job Requirements:
In order to be succeed in this role, apart from a keen interest in the baking and culinary arts, you should also have the following:
* A diploma in a related discipline (Culinary or Baking preferred)
* Minimum 3-4 years in the related discipline
* Prior Experience as a class facilitator or trainer
* Ability to work independently and to multi-task
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Organized, meticulous and results-driven
* Excellent English communications skills (Written and Spoken)
