Qualifications And Experience The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated business leader, entrepreneur, and turnaround strategist with a proven performance track record, and should meet the following minimum criteria: 1. A relevant first degree from a recognized academic institution; 2. A Master's degree in Business Administration or Management from a recognized institution is a distinct advantage; 3. Functional knowledge of commercial forestry, timber processing, and value addition process will be an added advantage; 4. Ability to interpret financial statements and glean value; 5. High level of computer literacy; 6. 10 years' experience at senior management level; 7. Honesty and integrity with the ability to foster a professional business culture; 8. Clean class 4 drivers' license; 9. No criminal record; and 10. Traceable references.
