NB: This is a Volunteer Position (Unpaid Position. However, Job may convert to full time paid position after probation period is over). For this volunteer position, we offer competitive above market commissions as per contract basis.
Business Solutions Manager
Who we're looking for
Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Experience leading, implementing and supporting ERP and other business solutions.
Proven ability to drive, develop, and document a clear vision for the use of Business Applications in support of business requirement.
Ability to translate customer requirements into specifications and be able to conceptualize the dynamics of the solution proposed to visualize the end result.
Strong business acumen including a good sense of how the automation of different business processes and B.I. tools can be utilized to improve business efficiency and the bottom line with the organization.
Experience managing ERP implementations, tools, high tech industry preferred or MNCs.
Experience with (B.I), Business Intelligence tools.
2 or more full life-cycle implementations of ERP which must include requirements gathering, blueprinting, functional testing, and ERP configuration.
Strong knowledge and experience in selling business systems required. Experience in the implementation, upgrade, and/or conversion of Enterprise Business Applications is a plus.
Job requirements and qualifications:
Previous working experience preferably as a Business Solutions Manager / Specialist.
Bachelor/Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or similar relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to remain effective and productive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and provide effective problem solving, assessing whether standard functionality can be used and identifying reasonable custom solutions where needed.
Understanding of full life cycle or other development methodology.
Proven ability to research and assess potential business digital solutions in support of new business requirements.
Ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to coordinate and assist with detailed technical design.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals.
Teamwork / collaboration expertise with significant experience in taking a leadership role in team /project activities.
Additional experience with customer service, EDI/IDOC, ABAP, Query, BW/BI, OER, MM and CRM preferred.
Salary/Benefits
This is an unpaid volunteer position. However, competitive above market commissions are offered as per contract basis.
This job may convert to aa full time position post volunteer program duration.
