We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Officer to help

us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the

dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive

sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships

with clients. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients and

overseeing the development of marketing literature.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Developing growth strategies and plans

• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

• Increasing client base

• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

• Writing business proposals

• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

• Drafting and reviewing contracts

• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

Requirements

• Proven working experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a relevant role

• Experience in customer support is a plus

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build rapport
