You are the assistant project scheduler assisting the project manager to manage and successfully deliver complex projects.
You are working for an enterprise that continually endeavours to expand its reach into the international market and successfully exports to the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Pacific countries. A steady and continuous corporate growth has resulted in a corporate staff of almost 400 people located across its four facilities in Australia (Adelaide, Canberra [HQ], Melbourne and Perth) and one in the USA.
Your exposure to defence projects is highly regarded by an organisation that has delivered the first fourth generation Active Phased Array Radar (PAR) System to the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) into service which is a world first. You will be assisting in:
managing the project budget
providing project forecasts and reports
managing the project schedule
the collaboration with engineering team
the preparation of project management documentation
conducting workshops
Must have:
Experience with the defence sector
Experience in engineering project delivery
Experience in project budgets, reporting and workshops
Desireable:
Experience in engineering environments
Relevant degree and certification
