- The completed General Awards Application is located online at https://www.surveymonkey.ca/r/UGS.
- Photocopies of official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended. We will obtain the student’s University of Saskatchewan records.
- Two letters of reference, which must be sent confidentially to gradstudies.awards@usask.ca.( see instructions on writing the reference letters on the official page).
