Stoko Girl’s Matric Results Leaves Mzansi Talking.
One of Mzansi’s overnight celebrities who goes by the name Ariana Katt on social media platforms has left tongues wagging after she flaunted her results online. Born Tshegofatso Maepa, the ‘stoko’ girl has indeed proven one should not judge a book by its cover. A video of Ariana and her three friends dancing to the John Vuli Gate track at a filling station went viral late last year as it opened a number of opportunities for them in the process. The ambitious young woman was called on several local shows like Mzansi Insider and Live to make appearances.
In the same vein, she faced heavy criticism as others strongly believed she should focus on her education and leave the entertainment industry to the full-grown adults.
Judging from her tweet below, indeed the stoko girl passed with flying colors and she will be going to the university to study a degree of her choice. Although her life was surrounded by controversy, side gigs, and new fame she managed to overcome all the obstacles.
